SACAR TU CR\u00c9DITO INFONAVIT SER\u00c1 M\u00c1S F\u00c1CIL QUE NUNCA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por: <a href=\"https:\/\/ortnoticias.com.mx\/eres-mujer-sacar-tu-credito-infonavit-sera-mas-facil-que-nunca\/\">ortnoticias.com.mx<\/a> |<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2022 Con Mujer Infonavit, las mujeres tendr\u00e1n un bono en puntos para acceder m\u00e1s<br>r\u00e1pido a un financiamiento hipotecario y contar\u00e1n con un aumento en el plazo.<br>\u2022 Esta medida contribuir\u00e1 a cerrar la brecha de g\u00e9nero en el acceso al cr\u00e9dito,<br>determinada por las diferencias salariales y el acceso al empleo formal entre<br>hombres y mujeres.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con los objetivos de contribuir a la disminuci\u00f3n de la brecha de g\u00e9nero en el acceso al cr\u00e9dito y<br>reconocer el rol de las mujeres en el desarrollo del pa\u00eds, el Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la<br>Vivienda para los Trabajadores (Infonavit) realiz\u00f3 ajustes en las Reglas de Negocio de todas sus<br>opciones de financiamiento vigentes, dando origen a Mujer Infonavit.<br>Beneficios de Mujer Infonavit:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Bono de 20 puntos en la precalificaci\u00f3n. As\u00ed, las mujeres derechohabientes s\u00f3lo necesitar\u00e1n<br>1,060 puntos para acceder a un cr\u00e9dito adquisici\u00f3n de vivienda o de pago de pasivos (sin<br>este bono el puntaje es de 1,080).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Factor edad a 75 a\u00f1os. En todas las opciones de financiamiento que ofrece el Infonavit que<br>se encuentren vigentes, la edad de las derechohabientes para solicitar su cr\u00e9dito no podr\u00e1<br>ser mayor a 75 a\u00f1os (para los hombres este factor es de 70 a\u00f1os).<br>Con Mujer Infonavit, el Instituto contar\u00e1 con un portafolio de productos flexibles, incluyentes,<br>atractivos y coherentes con la situaci\u00f3n y las necesidades de las mujeres derechohabientes en todas<br>sus etapas de vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Datos relevantes sobre la brecha de g\u00e9nero en el acceso al cr\u00e9dito:<br>\u2022 Las mujeres enfrentan condiciones de inequidad al momento de buscar incorporarse al<br>mercado laboral, lo que dificulta que obtengan un cr\u00e9dito para vivienda.<br>\u2022 Las mujeres en M\u00e9xico dedican 53.9 horas al trabajo no remunerado por semana, 34.7 horas<br>m\u00e1s que los hombres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Las mujeres toman la decisi\u00f3n de contratar un cr\u00e9dito a una mayor edad que los hombres,<br>lo cual podr\u00eda deberse a carreras laborales con menores salarios.<br>\u2022 La brecha salarial por g\u00e9nero llega a ser de hasta 20% en edades maduras.<br>\u2022 Existe una mayor recurrencia de empleos informales y salidas temporales del mercado<br>laboral en el g\u00e9nero femenino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En conferencia de prensa, Carlos Mart\u00ednez Vel\u00e1zquez, director general del Infonavit resalt\u00f3 que,<br>dadas las condiciones estructurales del mercado laboral, las mujeres ejercen su cr\u00e9dito a edades<br>m\u00e1s avanzadas y que, por su nivel salarial y ahorro acumulado, tambi\u00e9n el monto de financiamiento<br>suele ser menor que el de los hombres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, Mujer Infonavit significa tener acceso a un acto de justicia patrimonial, en el<br>que se dejan de replicar las inequidades del mercado laboral.<br>\u201cLo que estamos haciendo es corregir eso que vemos como estructural y que es lo que les falta a<br>las mujeres para acceder al cr\u00e9dito. Entonces, con estas dos variables las mujeres van a tener m\u00e1s<br>tiempo para pagar su cr\u00e9dito, mayor monto, a mayor edad y van a tener acceso m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil al<br>financiamiento\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por su parte, la titular del Instituto Nacional de las Mujeres (Inmujeres), Nadine Gasman<br>Zylbermann, refiri\u00f3 que es importante escuchar a las mujeres en t\u00e9rminos de vivienda, qu\u00e9 les<br>gusta, c\u00f3mo deben estar dise\u00f1adas, c\u00f3mo se relacionan con el espacio p\u00fablico y dem\u00e1s elementos<br>para que puedan decidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEs muy importante reconocer el alza del salario m\u00ednimo, ya que ha tenido un impacto muy<br>importante al cerrar las brechas salariales entre hombres y mujeres\u201d, expres\u00f3.<br>Durante su participaci\u00f3n, Gasman Zylbermann, tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1al\u00f3 que las mujeres tienen menor<br>inclusi\u00f3n financiera que los hombres y por eso es necesario generar acciones que permitan crear<br>las condiciones de igualdad en temas como la vivienda, el acceso a cr\u00e9ditos y en el \u00e1mbito<br>financiero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Conoce todo lo que necesitas saber sobre cr\u00e9ditos, tr\u00e1mites y servicios del Infonavit, de manera<br>sencilla y clara en infonavitfacil.mx<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Infonavit es una instituci\u00f3n de seguridad social del Estado, que tiene como objetivo otorgar<br>cr\u00e9dito barato y suficiente para que las y los trabajadores puedan acceder a una vivienda<br>adecuada y formar un patrimonio.
