Record\u00f3 que fue el primer presidente de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/heraldodemexico.com.mx\/nacional\/2023\/6\/15\/marcelo-ebrard-promete-una-campana-sin-discursos-aburridos-ni-descalificaciones-no-se-van-aburrir-514226.html\">Morena<\/a>, cuando se fund\u00f3 la organizaci\u00f3n en la que millones de mexicanos del pa\u00eds creyeron en el proyecto. Ante esto, L\u00f3pez Obrador se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el segundo presidente de Morena, fue Mart\u00ed Batres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>CDMX, retos y complicaciones<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el funcionario conoce a la perfecci\u00f3n la problem\u00e1tica de la CDMX, va a darle continuidad al proceso iniciado en la capital del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;No cualquiera !eh! la ciudad tiene sus dificultades, hay que estar pendiente (&#8230;) no cualquiera, no, es muy complicado, muy dif\u00edcil, y entonces Mart\u00ed tiene capacidad para eso, le deseo que le vaya muy bien. Bueno falta que creo que la Asamblea\u2026 lo apoyan. porque as\u00ed es&#8221;, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El mandatario coment\u00f3 que cuando fue jefe de Gobierno de la CDMX, rend\u00eda informes cada tres meses en la que agradeci\u00f3 que durante su gesti\u00f3n no hubo sismos fuertes, no hubo motines en la que en el pa\u00eds hab\u00eda 25 mil reclusos, o que hubiera alg\u00fan choque de trenes; no hab\u00eda inundaciones, no hab\u00eda represi\u00f3n; adem\u00e1s, destac\u00f3 que la violencia y la incidencia delictiva se redujo como los asesinatos de cinco a dos en la capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indic\u00f3 que Mart\u00ed Batres ser\u00eda un buen gobernante, adem\u00e1s, de que esta capital necesita vivir en paz y con seguridad y que quien gobierne est\u00e9 al
